IN BETWEEN
Life is a series of changes — in roles, responsibilities, and environments.
There is no single "right answer." We live in the in-between, making choices again and again.
Because you have walked through all of that —
There are struggles that are hard to put into words.
There are moments when you don't know how to move forward.
The strength that carried you through those difficult times —
Was never given to you by someone else.
It has always been inside you.
No judgment.
No single right way to live.
There is no correct or incorrect way to live a life.
What exists is —
Each person's unique background,
and each person's unique path.
And the belief that we can honour and respect each other's journey.
IN BETWEEN
Not only between countries and cultures.
Between career and family.
Between who you are to others, and who you are to yourself.
Between society's expectations, and what feels true to you.
The name IN BETWEEN holds a belief:
Rather than choosing one side or the other —
Wherever you are,
whatever chapter of life you're in,
You can still know who you are
and how you want to live.
That is the meaning and intention behind this name.
— HOW IT WORKS —
In each session,
you begin to notice your
thought patterns and
what truly matters to you
What you notice,
you accept — without judgment.
That acceptance is already
the beginning of change
When your inner anchor shifts,
your choices shift.
And your life
starts to move
— FOR YOU —
If even one of these resonates,
this might be the time to turn toward
the question you've been putting off:
What do I actually want?
The word I return to, always, is empowerment.
Not receiving strength from someone else —
but learning to give that strength to yourself.
From a life of searching for answers outside yourself,
to a life where you can choose from within.
Coaching is the time to reclaim that power to choose.
— ABOUT HIYORI —
Self-understanding is not only about finding inner clarity —
it becomes the foundation for moving forward.
Even as roles and circumstances change, not leaving the "self" at the centre behind.
Whether carrying professional responsibilities, or stepping into the roles of partner or parent —
having a space where you can set aside titles and roles for a moment,
and speak simply as a person, without judgment.
Not someone else's version of right, but "how do I want to live?"
I want to support the people who find their own answer to that question,
and choose their own life.
